The best!!
I cannot say enough good things about Figo. Recently our 6 month old pup had to go to the emergency vet for respiratory distress. She has X-rays and thankfully no pneumonia. The X-ray did show a small lesion that needed follow up. I filed the first claim and Figo did everything getting my vet records and I had the expected money in a week. The next claim for the follow up was reviewed in 20 minutes. Claim was closed and money was on its way! We had money in two days! So so impressed! So happy we have Figo and it made decisions so much easier. Happy to say follow up xrays show the lesion was gone and our pup is healthy again!!

I would recommend FIGO Pet Insurance to anyone who has a pet
Our dog Ripley was just diagnosed with Bone Cancer. Needless to say, we are heartbroken and devastated. I call FIGO with some questions and the representative I talked to could not have been more helpful and sympathetic. As this was our first time working with FIGO I wasn't sure how this was going to work. But our claim was processed practically overnight. We were so pleased that FIGO did indeed meet the contract terms as we understood them. No questions, no sudden exceptions, no delays. FIGO came through for us when we needed it most. Just having to deal with our shock and pain over Ripley's diagnosis, our priority is caring for him. I am so glad we switched to FIGO pet insurance. Thank you so much for being exactly the kind of Pet Insurance company every pet owner needs.

We have 2 labs, our 14 month old Golden lab had a limp earlier this year, it turned out she had severe hip dysplasia requiring bilateral hip replacements. Throughout our medical journey with Kia, we have experienced prompt and timely reimbursement for our claims. She is now almost 2 years old and able to run and jump with a clean bill of health for her hips, she no longer has severe pain. Our second lab back in October was run over by a vehicle while out in the bush. He suffered a spinal injury which required surgical intervention. He is also well on his way to being back to being normal. If it was not for having PET Plus Us insurance both of these fur babies would not have been able to have their required surgeries. Thank you

Must have for your pet!
On all 4 of my dogs I have had this insurance on each one. My 2 girls I lost from various cancers and by having VPI. (Nationwide) we were able to take them for CT scans to find out their health issue. This allowed me to focus on them & not the expense. If you love your pet I sure them to give them the best possible care. I tell everyone about my experiences and that it was the kind thing to do for your pet & give you peace of mind.

Don’t hesitate to use Trupanion!
I have been a customer of Trupanion for 6 years at the recommendation of my vet and have only had wonderful service with each and every claim. My dog has allergies and her treatment would be cost prohibitive without Trupanion. My vet used to file the claims for me but my new place doesn’t but filing myself is very easy and reimbursement is fast. Would, and have highly recommended Trupanion!
