Can't say enough about Healthy Paws!
We are very happy with the service that Healthy Paws provides. I signed up for insurance shortly after rescuing our 5 months old pup and it was the best decision we could have made. It's affordable and the service is stellar. When our pup became lame at just a year and a half, she had to have surgery to stablize her knee cap and repair a partially torn ligament. Healthy Paws paid 80% of the cost and quickly. A few weeks after her surgery, they reached out just to ask how she was doing. You don't often get that kind of personal touch from insurance companies!

Wellness for my puppy
I am very pleased with the wellness program, what they cover and how fast they pay the claims. It is very clearly stated in the policy what is covered and for how much. I have never had a problem with an unfairly paid claim. I am very proud to refer my friends and family to Pet's Best.

Paid quickly
I filed a claim on line by taking a picture of the bill for a wellness exam. I expected at least a month before I heard anything but the accepted portion of the claim was processed and paid within 10 days!! Totally different from most other insurance experiences!:)
