Love nationwide
Best insurance for older dogs. The maintance plan pays for itself. After losing 2 dogs without insurance, I will never be without dog insurance again. Still paying off CareCredit from 3-5 years ago.

Expensive
Over all Nationwide is easy to make your claims, however, I am deeply disappointed at the cost and how every year the cost goes up in large amounts. I can understand cost for the insurance going up a few dollars a year but when it goes up $70 - 80 dollars per year that's excessive. Sorry, not renewing with NAtionwide after 3 years enough is enough.

Excellent service for my dog!
I have had my dog Lily insured with Nationwide since she as a tiny pup. The process of filing a claim is very easy and straightforward, and the turnaround time for processing claims is quite speedy. The premiums are not cheap but the coverage is great. I am happy Lily is covered!

I have had Nationwide pet insurance on several pets, and with my "Full Throttle" Labrador Retriever, this insurance has really paid off. Having this insurance has allowed Ellie Mae to get the care she needs, when she needs it. I have never had a problem with claim reimbursement, and customer service has always been exceptional. Nationwide Pet insurance has by far exceeded my expectations.

A new puppy brings lots of obligations and some surprises. Having the security of knowing my pet is covered for the majority of her medical costs is very reassuring . The claim process is seamless and Nationwide makes the entire process hassle free. Customer support was very helpful when I needed clarification or guidance. I am very pleased with Nationwide Pet Insurance and highly recommend it.

Great coverage for my kitty to ease my mind
Nationwide has been a lifesaver for me and my kitty. She was diagnosed with chronic IBD, that has continued to have complex complications for a few years. My cat is so important to me, so I want to do everything I can to make sure I am taking the best care of her. This has included x-rays, blood work, a digestive panel, ultrasounds, emergency vet visits, and regular check ins and follow up. Nationwide has been absolutely wonderful to help with the cost of all of this care. Submitting claims has been totally easy (generally my vet just emails everything to them) and they've been great to work with, very reasonable and helpful with all of my claims. Their coverage is really extensive and great. I cannot express how helpful the coverage has been, so I can just do what I need for my girl. Her illness is stressful enough without the stress of the financial piece, and having Nationwide take that off of my shoulders has been amazing. I can choose what to do based on what's best for her, not based on cost. Highly recommend this insurance! They've been pleasant to work with, always kind and caring, and a really important part of my cat's care!

Thank God for my baby's insurance
I adopted Ashleigh AnnaBella when she was 10.2 years old. A sad little girl in need of a new forever home. Later she had problems with her teeth, and then thyroid issues. I am happy to have purchased insurance for her and my other cat. It paid for itself.
