Do not waste your money
My pup, Jojo, had a knee injury that was diagnosed by multiple veterinarians. Even though i had multiple vets tell me this, FIGO still chose to claim that it was a previous existing condition. I even had the vets write letters in regards to the findings of the injury and FIGO still refused to cover it. Do not waste your money with this insurance. In addition, after 3 years of having their policy, they decide to change the underwriter. Thus, cause an increase in premium and an increase in deductible. If I chose to go back to my previous deductible, it would be a $45+ in addition to what i was already paying. The only reason I do not cancel this policy is because of my pups already diagnose health conditions that would not be covered elsewhere. Do not buy this insurance. It will cause you multiple headaches.

10 Paws for Healthy Paws
I was impressed with Healthy Paws for pet insurance from the beginning - five years ago. The cost was reasonable - It was easy to choose a plan and deductible that worked with my budget. It's easy to submit a claim, understand what is/not covered, and get reimbursed quickly. It wasn't until my dog was diagnosed with cancer four months ago that I truly came to recognize what a great decision I made when insured my pet with Healthy Paws. Her cancer care treatments are expensive and I must admit I was initially worried that reimbursement for claims might delayed or even denied. No claims have been delayed or denied. Today my dog is cancer free, and I have peace of mind that she is getting the best health care possible. Without a doubt, because of Healthy Paws my dog and I will get more quality time together. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

They make filing claims simple, if they have questions, they facilitate getting the required documents, and they process the claims within two days, in my experience. Payment is received within days of submitting my claims. Whether I call in or send an email, HealthyPaws staff respond immediately and resolve any issue or question. This pet insurance is one of my best investments.
