The veterinarian invoices are not reviewed carefully and each time a different deductible category is applied.

The veterinarian invoices are not reviewed carefully and each time a different deductible category is applied. In case of unclear invoice, my vet is not contacted. I have then to ask for the corrections and it's taking at least a couple of hours. I have to contact my vet by myself and ask him to sign a paper to begin the appeal process. With the COVID crisis, it is extremely difficult to reach to your veterinarian to sign a paper. My cat needs further exams for his condition, but I don't feel that Trupanion is supporting me. I am right now afraid to take my cat to the vet.
