Trupanion has been absolutely wonderful to me and my family over the past 9 years.
Trupanion has been absolutely wonderful to me and my family over the past 9 years. Our two Westies, Brody and Max, are both covered by their pet insurance, and Trupanion readily assists me with reimbursing on so many of our (sometimes expensive!) vet bills. They process their online claims SUPER quickly, and I typically see the reimbursement in my checking account within a week! Their customer service over the phone is excellent, too; their staff is very friendly, helpful, and supportive. They are kind, listen well, and you can tell they love animals. I recommend Trupanion to all of my friends, family, co-workers, and even strangers in the vet's office! Thank you, Trupanion; your company has been a godsend to us!
