THE BEST FOR OUR 12 YEARS OF INSURANCE
phone service very courteous. never the feeling that vpi is anxious to get rid of customers. the merrick bank switch took time. by far the best in the business. often recommended to others. main problem is what people do not want to love their pets as family members. too bad, sad to hear-"it's just the dog".

I work at a animal hospital and can say that Figo is the best insurance company out there. Submitting claims is a breeze with the AI assistant. Reimbursement time is short. What is covered and what is not is very clear and if there is a question the answer comes quickly. I have my senior dog and my two kittens insured and plan to keep it that way!

Follow up on Claim was amazing!!!
Sadie was under the weather and we took her to see her doctor. The front desk filed the claim that day and we received an email that night and the claim was processed within 48 hours!! It's so nice to know that we don't have to worry about taking Sadie when she's out of sorts and sick and not have to worry about what the cost is. Thank you for being so quick and efficient!

Poor claim service
I have never been able to submit a claim online, I get through step 3 and there is no “continue” button to get to step 4. So I have to email claim. To make matters worse, I’m signed up for auto deposit, I have two recent claims that I have not been deposited. I’m at a lose!
