Thank you for your inquiry about Cocoa. But it really his brother Curly whom you have most helped, including in our most recent claims. Curly had a major medical episode in March, when he went epileptic out of the blue. It was a $6000 event by the time he got all the treatment he needed to pull him through and get him on the successful course he is now on. You paid a totally reasonable amount if that initial claim, Any claims since then are somehow related to that first event, and I am very satisfied with how you have handled these claims, the amounts you have paid, and the quit short time it took to process the claims. I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Great company but pricey!!
This is my second dog that I've had Nationwide insurance for. I've never had a problem filing a claim. The claim process is usually quick. The representatives have always been friendly & helpful. So why a 7 rating instead of 10, I'm sure you wonder? They are very expensive. Not to mention, my monthly statement jumped over $70 with no notice. Please bring those prices back down Nationwide!! I've recommended many friends but they've gone elsewhere due to the incredible price difference between Nationwide & other Pet insurance companies.

Affordable, easy to use, fast
Before we had insurance, we had two different dogs come down with immune mediated diseases that got really expensive, and we got coverage so the financial decisions didnt become an emotional toll in the future. So we were looking for an insurer that we could trust when we were making expensive medical choices about our pets. We didnt want to worry about haggling. We were with Petplan and everything about them was great, except that ober the three years we used them their rates got so high their coverage wasnt worth it anymore. When we went to switch, I thought we would have to sacrifice either coverage, customer service, or both. Then we found FIGO and have been nothing but happy. Its exactly the same coberage, speed, and support as Petplan but for about 25% less. Petplan tried to scare us into staying with them by saying Figo would have to raise their rates, and while the rates have gone up, theyve gone up at exactly the same pace as all other insurers includong Petplan, so they are still really competitive. We have really loved how easy and fast it is to file a claim, and customer service has been quick to respond. Everything we would expect to be covered has been, so far no surprises!

Best Investment we Ever Made to Get Pet Insurance on our Fur Baby’s!
Suzie is not well, she has a Broken tooth that abscessed and has to come out on December 5 2019. We are hopeful she will come home and be back to her Happy Self very soon.
