Best decision getting insurance

Our dog injured his leg after sliding down the stairs. It was a relief to know insurance paid in full for his unexpected surgery and recovery.

There really isn’t a word but Humbled is a start

Making a decision on anything in life can be a challenge as you will never know how service will be given until you have to go through your own personal experience. From the day I called Embrace to discuss getting pet insurance for my sweet Buster Brown, I never ever felt pressured, rushed or a number in line. Everyone of your Team Members have went above and beyond to exceed anything anyone could ask for. There’s nothing like waking up and you feel like you can’t breathe because your child is sick, and the vet bill is piling up and your running around trying to figure out how your going to come up with the money instead of focusing on your child well, “ Thank you”, Lindsey Hagerty for allowing me to do just that, focus on my sweet Buster. Yesterday morning around 4:30am I emailed Lindsey by 8am she was calling me, before I got to the vet she and the Lindsey at Argyle Vet Hospital had already communicated, invoice was sent over with claim and well this morning I was informed that my claim was already processed and will be direct deposited in two days. Let me also add I had a pending claim from 11/13/2019 that Lindsey got finished up so we would know what I still owed on my deductible. 12/3/2019- I woke up scared, tired, stressed about how I was going to pay my rent, my bills and save my child. 12/3/2019- I took Buster home with maxed out credit cards, posted dated checks and gave it to God it would all work out by Friday so nothing bounced. 12/4/2019- I wake up again at 4:30am to see in my inbox to go to your App as my claim has been processed and money will be in my account in two days. Sooo I ask, How can you put a word on that kind of service? I sincerely apologize to the fact I don’t have a list of everyone’s name whom I’ve had the pleasure to work with at Embrace but I can only hope whom ever gets this will please take the time to recognize each and everyone of them!!! I’m a small business owner myself so how my clients are treated and there referrals are how I’m blessed everyday to continue to grow so please please give your Team the rewards they deserve because I got blessed by bringing home my sweet boy Buster Brown and with a peace of mind and that you can’t put a price on. I have told my vet that anyone should ask where to get pet insurance the ONLY choice should be Embrace!!! Thank you everyone at Embrace that has touched out lives!!! Dog Centric

This is my third pet that I have had on Nationwide, the third was recently added. I think Nationwide does a great job in keeping you in the loop when you file a claim. The acknowledge they received the claim and give you a time frame of processing the claim. They've always been faster than what they estimate. I say, keep up the good work.

Definitely an Improved Experience

My first couple of claims with Nationwide didn't go that well as far as processing time goes. It took over 3 months to have 4 or 5 claims processed with a lot of back and forth between the pet insurance and my vet. Turns out most of them had landed in a que which the claim team wasn't aware of. My experiences with my last several claims have been much better! The processing time has only taken around a week which is greatly appreciated by someone who needs claim reimbursement right away for other bills. The only thing that I would say is still a little trifling is how specific I have to be with each claim that I sent in. I sent in one without the policy number referenced in the subject line and because of this it hasn't been processed for 2 weeks now. The frustrating thing is that policy number and literally all information on diagnosis and history are on the attached claim form and in the body of the email. This means that if someone from the claim team would just open it up they would have everything they need, but since it's not in the subject line the claim isn't being processed. I'll have to call them to have the claim pulled and processed. It's just little things like that which are frustrating. Overall my whole experience with Nationwide Pet claims has greatly improved!!!

They are the best!

9 days in hospital, 3 blood transfusions, medication for immune mediated hemolytic anemia. Without treatment she would have passed away in 4-5 days from a blood clot red blood cells were clumping. Was told it would be expensive to treat we were glad we had the choice to say treat her. Claims were easy to do they kept in touch with meds I needed to collect all her medical records someone always got back to me in a timely manner. Rates are good, can choose your deductible and what percentage you want reimbursed. I have been recommending them to family and friends!
