Glad I have pet insurance.
My dog is 12 yrs old and suffers from arthritis very badly, I have tried everything I can to help make him more comfortable, I am really thankful for the pet insurance. its helpful that they cover some of the cost of his care, because lately he has needed a lot of care.

It's always easy to send a claim, customer service is always pleasant when called, nationwide is very proficient when processing claims. It's a huge help with pet care cost to have the partial reimbursement for things my pup needs while not breaking my bank account

Best Insurance Available
I am so impressed at how quickly my claims are processed now, I usually have my money within a week. Such an improvement over previous years. The ease of making the claim is great. We are having trouble diagnosing her condition so it is comforting to know I have insurance. The large rate increase was tough but it is worth the peace of mind to take care of my baby.
