This is the first time I tried to make a claim that I believe that was not related to a pre-existing conditions. And I was told that Trupanion was missing some of our pet Sachi's medical records. There was no issues of missing records when it's a pre-existing condition. I am still waiting for a response as to what will be covered. Aloha, Manuel Madeira
