Disappiontning
I have five dogs. I thought pet insurance would be a good idea, and I thought Nationwide was a reputable company. I only chose this insurance because it was offered by my employer. I should have read the reviews before purchase. Nationwide is quick to deny claims, and it takes them weeks to over a month to reimburse. Their call center is lacking when it comes to skilled client service.

I can’t say enough good things about Nationwide Pet Insurance, their service and coverage are above and beyond my expectations.
Abigail, my golden girl, has had a bad health year in 2019. First she blew out her left rear knee, and she has had to have two surgeries to remove tumors. Nationwide has covered virtually every cost I’ve encountered. Thank you.

Great people, great service
I have no major complaints - the service has been very helpful and friendly. The only observation I'd make is that when I file the claims myself they usually have to be re-submitted, by when the vet does it they go much smoother.
