Stay away from this company.
They cannot be contacted. They do not answer the phone calls or texts. I cannot find out progress of my claim after 3 weeks. I would not use this company.

Great investment!
I'm very happy with my pet insurance! I love how user friendly the website is. It's supper easy to submit a claim! I've never had a problem getting reimbursed and they direct deposit the money in my account in just a few days after submitting the claim. My dog is prone to "issues" due to her breed and this insurance has more than paid for itself on several occasions. For instance, she had to have a surgery that would have cost me $4,000 but her insurance covered 90%! That was a life savor!! I do pay for the higher coverage but everything is covered 90%. Her monthly prescriptions alone cover the cost of insurance. I highly recommend this insurance, especially if you have a breed that is prone to having issues.

So easy, Keeps my pup healthy
I adopted Brooklyn 2 years ago and asked the vet "why would I need insurance for a healthy dog?" and the vet said "just get some" and recommended Healthy Paws. I'm so glad she did. Every year, having Healthy Paws has made it possible for me to get the very best care for my dog.

Claim process is quick and easy
The claim process of Healthy Paws is easy and streamlined. Once you provided the needed paper work online, the speed of the reimbursement is impressive. It is even quicker than transferring my own money from bank A to bank B. My dog has several major operations over the years and their service is always consistent & professional. Highly recommend!

Best decision I ever made was to get trupanion pet insurance!
I highly recommend trupanion pet insurance! Super fast with reimbursement (within a week, sent electronically) always available when first going through the claim process, made a bad situation a little easier. Ive since signed up my cat!!
