This is an amazing company. They are very efficient and it could not be easier to submit claims. I have NEVER had an issue with them; they do EXACTLY what they say they are going to do in your policy. I can’t recommend them more strongly. Great pet insurance!!!!

Dependable insurance and Excellent Customer Service
For my policy the claims submissions and reimbursement per condition has been incredible. for any major issue that arises and meets the one-time life time deductible. Other providers often reset the deductible each year. Be sure on each visit that your vet specifies the issue/condition in notes so that it is clear with claims specialist what condition to label each vet service. Makes life easier for everyone. A great choice if you are investing in a long happy life for your pet. Amazing staff! Always friendly and willing to help guide you through the process with pet and owners best interest. Highly recommended.

Not sure where to start
Not sure where to start. Customer service not good. Took forever filing a claim. Had to hassle them for updates only for them to not cover it. All I can say is be mindful when getting into bed here.

Healthy Paws saved his life
t’s hard to put into words how I am feeling right now and the overwhelming gratitude I have for Healthy Paws. I tried to dictate this review and I can’t because I simply can’t stop crying. You see, my dear Kobe came very close to death two times due to a rare fungal disease - Valley Fever. In fact he is still very ill but his prognosis has improved thanks to the expert level of care he is receiving and thanks to Healthy Paws. Having a critically ill family member is an emotional roller coaster and a potential financial crisis. If you are even reading this, your dog (or cat) is not just a pet to you, they are your family. Imagine having to make the choice between the life and death of your family member on the basis of money - That’s a horrifying thought. As soon as I brought Kobe home, I knew I could never make that choice. As a consumer attorney, I knew I had to do my research before I chose a pet insurance company. I thoroughly vetted several and Happy Paws was and still is, by far the best. Knowing I can provide my family member Kobe with the best life-saving care possible is comforting beyond words. The Healthy Paws team have been great and even checked in with me to see how Kobe is doing. Healthy Paws has saved my dog’s life.

You people do not know what you are…
You people do not know what you are doing. I have had a claim going for ever and have sent you all information and more. You keep denying me because my vet sent wrong papers to you from one of my other pets and she and i have written you about it but yet you still denied it and I have to reopen it again and it takes you 60 days to review every time .i will never use you again and am going to council my puppies coverage as soon as i find a other co. Would never recomend you and I have reported you to ins. Board

Trupanion was awesome, kind , and so efficient and made a difficult experience so much easier.
My rescue dog Rose was diagnosed with an adrenal tumor and underwent surgery to remove the left adrenal gland. Trupanion quickly gave us a preapproval for surgery and all the representatives we were in contact with were kind, caring, and acted quickly. We received a check for the surgery within one week. Trupanion was such a support in a tough situation. I have shared my positive experience with all my family, friends, and coworkers! I highly recommend Trupanion!

Very Satisfied
After making our first claim with Pets Best, I am happy to say we are very satisfied! The process is simple and easy to use. We uploaded the bill we received from our vet, gave a short explanation as to what happened, and received the exact coverage we expected to get. Our puppy wasn't feeling well and ended up needing medication, and Pets Best covered the exam, the testing, and the medication. We look forward to staying with them!
