I was so thankful that I had pet insurance with Mattie's illness. She passed away on November 26.
It was comforting to know that whatever Mattie needed as far as her health that I wouldn't have to worry about the high cost because of my pet insurance. I will definitely be getting another dog and I will definitely be getting your insurance.

After my sweet boxer puppy, Macho, had been sick and in and out of the vet for months, I knew I needed to look into some health care coverage for him. The vet bills had stacked up and I couldn’t risk Macho getting sick again. I am so thankful I found Spot Pet insurance because I have peace of mind knowing that Macho is covered at our favorite local vet and can get the proper health care he needs!

Mostly good
Very easy to file the claim. Took quite a while to hear the result and no l didn't hear much during the time between when the chain was complete and when I found out it was finished. I did get one email telling me the process was slower than usual because of high volume. Over all quite satisfied. Thank you.

Normal claim
It did not take too terribly long for my.last claim to be paid. But normally it takes what feels like an excessive amount of time to pay. This is what normally happens. I'm glad y'all pay them but the process takes too long. Maybe there need to be a few more employees. Heck, I'd work for yall. Everyone seems pretty nice also.

There for us
With the scare of a lifetime seeing Bella chewing on a bag that contained my sons medication. First thing was how did she get it, and what was it. Called our vet and told them of situation which they had us call poison control. They instructed us to take her to vet. The vet did everything in their power to make sure Bella would be ok and she is fine now. It was very pricey for them to keep her and with overnight stay, but with pets best ins we will still be able to have Christmas presents. Best of all with healthy Bella to share with us. Thank you Pets Best for being there when we needed you.

Truly beneficial!
Trupanion has been a life saver.....literally. l would not have been able to afford ACL surgery for my dog. Not sure what l would have done. But thankfully my vet encouraged me to get Trupanion because of the breed of dog l bought, and I've been thankful everyday for that!
