I just got a call from a very genuine person at ASPCA Pet Insurance, to let me know how bad they felt that I lost Ruby, and at such a young age, they asked how Max and Fozzie and I were doing and asked if there was anything they could do to help. WOW! This from an insurance company. I can't express enough how amazing their coverage and customer service has been but, seriously this is NEXT LEVEL!!!! #aspcapethealthinsurance

Long wait
Insurance covered our vet visit but required extra documentation. Emailed claim paid but took 10 gays to receive check. Will switch to automatic deposit for sure.

Ease of submitting claims.
I had pamphlets from different pet insurance companies, however, after speaking to several people I chose ASPCA. They came highly recommended and rightfully so. Submitting claims is easy, confirmation and payment is quick.

Unbelievably quick and so friendly
Our little Freddie got sick almost as soon as we took him in, which has been nerve-wracking dealing with vet and specialists trying to find out what is wrong. But Trupanion has been there for us, paying for tests and medication and even his first two bags of prescription food. We're still not sure what's wrong with Freddie, but at least we'll never have to worry about the cost of his care. They pay so quick, and are so friendly and empathetic. I wish human health insurance companies were like this.
