Excellent service
I have been exceedingly happy with Nationwide pet insurance for our English bulldog. Having had an English bulldog prior to this new baby bulldog, we were fully aware of the potential medical issues of this breed. Luckily our bulldog has been overall healthy but she has been fiesty at times, doing things like eating sunglasses! I have found the claims process extremely easy online. I have called customer service once and it was a very pleasant experience with all my concerns addressed. Thank you for helping take care of our precious furry baby!

Overall good experience!
Overall I had a really good experience with the nationwide claims process. Once I submitted my claim with all the proper documentation, I received the compensation within a couple of weeks. The few times I called with a couple of questions, I was able to speak to a representative almost immediately and all of my questions were answered. My dog is almost back to 100% which makes the whole family happy! Thank you.

Not Sure if Worth the Cost
After lots of back and forth with the claims department, I finally got part of my emergency vet visit covered. I feel the advertising for Nationwide is misleading as it claims to cover 100% of vet costs...however the fine print is that they cover 100% of what THEY decide a treatment costs. Considering canceling or switching to another company.

Best thing we did
I am so happy we signed up with Nationwide Pet insurance. Our dog has allergies and she's had to get special medicine and treatment to help her long term health. Nationwide has saved us a lot of money by covering the vet bills. And they are very easy and transparent, which is very helpful! Thank you!
