Great pet insurance except for recent huge rate increase.
Great Pet Insurance. Claims processed in a timely manner. 7 times out of 10 get a nice rep on the phone. Biggest complaint is this years huge rate increase. Premium went up over 50 a month.

ASPCA coverage for our dogs
ASPCA has covered our 2 dogs for a few years. Our yellow lab has been ill for a while and each time we send in bills they typically pay 80% for most of the medical procedures. They also call to check on him after which is very nice. It’s a great personal touch. The reason I did not give 5 stars is my monthly premium increased without communication it was increasing and reimbursement checks can take several weeks (3-4). Sometimes it comes after my credit card payment. It would be nice if check turn around was quicker.
