Great insurance! I rated a 8 out of 10 because of the monthly cost.
Excellent insurance. Easy to file claims and very quick to reimburse for vet visits. I rated a 8 out of 10 because of monthly cost. I understand that the rates go up with age and he's over ten years old however his pet insurance is almost what I pay for my health insurance( what I'm responsible to pay along with my employer). Due to his age I really can't look for cheaper ones because now things will be considered pre existing conditions. I'm not interested in changing my coverage to lower the cost either. I like my actual plan that I have but I think anything over $100.00 a month is expensive

Pet insurance that cares.
Figo pet insurance is the second insurance I've had for my french bulldog. Compared to the other I had they are much more reliable, helpful and understanding. The whole process from submitting a claim straight through to the end is simple, efficient and fair. i would recommend Figo to anyone who needs insurance for their beloved pet.

I wish human health insurance were this good.
I have never had a problem filing a claim or getting reimbursed. Once my deductible is met, if it is a qualified expense (which includes everything for this pet as she was insured the day I brought her home), everything is reimbursed--no quibbling over "reasonable and customary" or payment reductions because the standard rate for that service is less than the claim, blah blah blah...nothing at all like that with this company. This is absolutely the best decision I ever made for my girl.
