Nationwide (ex-VPI) has covered our Teddy since we rescued him when he was 4 months old. Claims have always been handled promptly and effectively. Excellent insurance plan for our pet.

Awesome People, Claim Process Needs Improvement
Overall, I am very happy that I switched to Nation Wide. Coverage is much better than what I was getting with Healthy Paws. Only recommendation is to build a web-based template to submit claims online. You can take the generic pdf template, and have that done online and have the submitter attach the invoice.
