My pet is covered by the best!
Bear has been covered by Nationwide Pet Insurance since we brought him home. The onboarding process was simple and extremely informative. The representative answered all of my questions to ensure I was getting the appropriate coverage for my dog. The process for submitting claims is very simple and reimbursements have always been fair. The most important thing is the coverage for my dog and so far Nationwide has taken care of all of our pet needs. Thank you!

Need better UI and non third party app
I like the service so far but your user experience on the site could be better. I also expected an in-house app instead of this third party one which just makes me hesitant. I don’t like more companies in between me and the service I actually have.

Stay Away!
Pets Best will make any excuse not to pay the claim and when they do its takes weeks! When you try to use their chat to communicate, their response is as slow as their payments. I'm going back to Figo!

Totally impressed with FIGO!!
In my opinion Figo Pet Insurance is amazing. They are very transparent and customer service oriented. When I joined, which was not long ago I read through everything and I called Figo and asked a lot of questions for clarification. But now something happened to my pup out of no where and Figo followed/covered exactly what I read and they communicated. I think it is a well structured insurance company. My only advice is to read / talk with customer service and know what your plan covers. Take time to know what a pre existing condition/symptom is because no pet insurance will cover that. I fully trust Figo and I will proudly recommend this insurance to my family, friends and vet office!
