Prompt response to a sad event
We experienced the tragic loss of our little dog through apparent ingestion of rat poison; the bill for the vet's attempt to save her was over $2000 . Trupanion's claim form was brief and simple to fill in on line, with easy provision for uploading the medical bills. The response was amazingly quick and covered most of the claim.
