Excellent!
First time using pet insurance and I decided on getting my shih tzu puppy insured when I got her. The insurance plan was a God send in covering her spay, vaccinations and for covering us when she had colitis repeatedly as a puppy. I was able to worry more about her health than about the cost of the bill every time we went to the vet.

Fast and simple claims process!
I love that all I have to do is submit an invoice to make a claim. The claims are always processed so quickly and deposited straight to my account. I have never had any issue making a claim, trupanion's default is to trust their clients.
