Absolutely AWESOME!!
You guys ROCK!! Always easy to submit a claim, you respond very quickly, and approve/pay the claim directly to my account. Everyone is so helpful and polite on the phone. I just love the wellness plan, and that it paid out on Major’s neutering! Keep up the great work. I tell all my friends about you, and two of them have even insured their pets with you!! 😄

My experience with ASPCA pet insurance has been exemplary. I haven't found another company that covers the sheer amount for the cost as the ASPCA, their claims process is quick and painless, and their customer service—on the few occasions I felt the need to call in—has always been courteous, extremely efficient, and compassionate.
