for the last 3 years the claim process was horrible, would take right up to that ' 30 days", where when we first got this insurance, claims were processed in a week or two at the most, the last couple of years i have thought of switching. Recently (since October 2019) i have seen great improvement in the time to process claims, it helps, vet bills are costly, so to have a claim processed quickly is a huge relief. i hope this is consistent.

Nationwide has been one of the best insurance policies I have ever had. The only reason I rated a 9 instead of a 10 is that it would be amazing to be able to pay at the time of service instead of having to submit a claim. But, even with that, my claims are paid very quickly and that helps a lot!

Phenomenal experience. Much better than my previous pet insurance provider. All my claims have been addressed on time and the integration with VitusVet makes the claim filing process super easy.
