Recent claims issues

Before this past month, we were highly satisfied with PetsBest and I went so far as referring others to this company for their pets. Our previous claims' turnaround time was 2-7 business days, for 2 years. Imagine my surprise when a window of more than triple that appeared, after a 20% increase in our premium the month before. The LiveChat feature also appears to be down at this time (perhaps due to the overwhelming number of clients in the same position). Please tell me when we can expect a return to normalcy and fast processing by your company. And if the answer is unknown, you will continue losing customers. P.S. I'd rather receive no reply than a copied and pasted: We apologize about the delay. Your claim and your pet are important to us. This isn't normal for our company to take this long, and I promise it is not intentional.... etc.

Awful

UPDATE: They always reply "we are growing so fast, that's why claims are taking so long to process". You know what fast growing companies do to solve that problem? They HIRE MORE PEOPLE!!! You have been peddling this lie about growing so large since November 2019. Are you telling me you haven't been able to hire any additional people since that time? PetsBest are LIARS and fraudsters. -------- Awful, awful, awful. I signed up with the promise of fast claim processing. Several months into our policy we finally had to file a claim. It's been 32 days and last week they said it would take 45-55 days to process. Today they said it would be 45-60 days. When I check in next week will it be 45-65 days? They say they can't process claims fast enough because they are "growing so fast" - well then they should have the resources to hire a couple more people to process claims. Like others, I would love to change carriers but because of pre-existing condition rules, that would not be possible at this point. Do the best for your pet and AVOID Pets Best.
