I have had several other pet insurances…
I have had several other pet insurances over the years but we will stay with ASPCA as long as we have dogs. They have numerous times called me to check on my Lola when she was so sick just to see how she was doing! It just meant so much when we were struggling with her having Cushings and SARDS to have a call just to check on her! Such a great service. Thanks again for having great customer service!

I love the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance…
I love the ASPCA Pet Health Insurance that I have for my 3-year-old Miniature American Shepherd. The website is awesome. I fill out my claim on line, attach my scanned invoice, submit it, and the processing begins. Tracking the claim on the website is spot-on. Turnaround time is good. This is my pet insurance for life! Quick & Efficient Service
As always, the timing between when a claim is submitted and when the claim has been reviewed and processed is very quick. I am always surprised at just how efficient the whole process is. This is definitely appreciated for those times when the claim is high

Online submission difficult
Works great through Trupanion Express, but it took three attempts to get an outside claim covered that has always been the same and always been covered previously when submitting online.
