Awesome People, Claim Process Needs Improvement
Overall, I am very happy that I switched to Nation Wide. Coverage is much better than what I was getting with Healthy Paws. Only recommendation is to build a web-based template to submit claims online. You can take the generic pdf template, and have that done online and have the submitter attach the invoice.

Buyer Beware
I am not sure how this is possible but we just received our annual bill with a 80% increase. When we called there was not explanation as to why such a large increase. We have been happy up until now and recommended it to everyone! But will be looking elsewhere now

Super easy and worth the money
When it’s time for a yearly checkup or Cooper gets sick or injured, I know that Nationwide will be there to help cover the costs. I love my little guy and am at ease knowing he has medical coverage.

Easy to use and worth the money!
We have Nationwide for both our dogs and have loved it so far. Filing claims is extremely easy and Nationwide sends checks immediately. Although the entire cost is not paid, a big portion of it is. We haven’t used it for anything major yet, and I hope we never do, but for the maintenance parts of a puppy that are pricey, nationwide has definitely been worth it.
