I'm glad I opted to take out pet insurance for Rocky. It has helped with some of his medical costs.
Completely satisfied. I just wish some of the tests and his upcoming surgery would be fully reimbursed. I have paid into this health insurance for as long as I have had Rocky join our family.

My dog was bitten by another dog and had to have his wounds cleaned and stitched (actually stapled.) It was very expensive. I filled out a claim and within a few weeks, we were reinbursed for a significant part of the bill.

Customer Service is the BEST!
I have only had FIGO for a short time, but already had a claim. The customer service team is so GREAT, they help me with LOTs of questions about coverage, how to do a claim, what to expect, AND they followup to see how my little dog is doing. Highly recommend!
