My own insurance company has never called me to see how I am doing...
The other day my phone rang and it was the ASPCA Insurance team checking in to see if Baloo was OK after his last doctors visit. In all of the years that I have health insurance, they have NEVER called me to see how I was doing. The app is simple to use, the approvals are fast and consistent, as the owner of a "big" dog, this has been one of the best investments I've made. Thank you.
