Need to work with vets directly
I love having the insurance but sometimes the cost doesn’t cover everything that matches with the doctors visit and I don’t like having to file a claim I feel like it should get to a point where the vets make the claims or bill the insurance directly

Horrible Stay Away from this Crocks.
We had a treatment for 450 $. It's been almost a year they keeping a refund on hold due to a not enough info from my Veterinary. When My Vet is telling me he submitted all paperwork and have nothing else to add. They playing games and if you not happy they tell you to cancel policy and good by. After 6 month of waiting for empty promises i cancelled and went back to ASPCA. At least they are professional. Leon Zamel - pet Millie.

Emma just had her annual physical and is doing very well.
I am so appreciative of this insurance. We spent a lot of money on our last pet at the end of her life so I am very glad I have this insurance for Emma. It is kind of expensive but so far has been well worth the cost.

After almost 20 years, I wouldn’t leave VPI

Everytime I have a question about my policy, I am met with reassurance. My 10 year-old yorkie visits the vet quite often whether it's an emergency or wellness/illness check up. Fast, easy and efficient
I have ASPCA for my 3 dogs for several years already ; I selected the premium myself the first time and then a customer services Rep helped me to select a better plan. Since then, everything have been so easy; the Reps are always helpful, caring and informative I do have the App which make to submit the claims a breeze . Am so satisfied w ASPCA that I recommend it to all my friends with furry children
