Misleading..

Company that offers good coverage to pull people in but you will have to climb mountains to get what you pay for. And even then, sometimes you don't get it. They take around a month to begin process. Another couple weeks to inform you that it is being reviewed and that they are 'busy' this time of year which is throughout the year. Chat agents are not considerate of your time and take so long to respond to questions in chat rooms. The Vets that they have for you to chat with can't help you with anything! It takes a while to get through to them. They'll just tell you what they think the problem might be which is obvious and should already know and then recommend that you take your pet to the vet. My grandma could’ve told me that! All in all, it’s hell dealing with Pets Best, especially when you’re already frustrated from having to deal with what’s going on with your pet. Cancelled and going somewhere I’ve had my previous pets enrolled at. BYE!

Simple the BEST!

I have used hEalthy paws since my fur baby was a baby and he is now three!, They are caring of your needs at a very sensitive time and they are fast with processing your claims. Our dog had to have a serious abdominal surgery to remove things he had eaten that were not digestible . Without healthy paws we would have been hit with a 3800. Bill 4 weeks prior to Christmas! We had to pay it but we had it back in our bank within 1 week - 90% back! That is awesome! Highly recommend to anyone with pets

So pleased with this insurance!

Our 1.5 year old pup was diagnosed with double elbow dysplasia :( She has to have surgery on her right elbow and then stem cell therapy to regenerate the cartilage. I thought for sure that when I submitted the claims ASPCA would find all kinds of things not to cover. I was happily wrong! No questions asked, they covered 90% after my deductible! The same goes for the estimate for her surgery and follow up therapy! I would not be able to afford the surgery and therapy if ASPCA didn't cover it. I am so grateful they are so good and that I chose them! The process has been so easy! Thank you ASPCA!
