Trupanion - You are Amazing!
My dog was sick and as a semi-retired person, I could never afford the financial commitment required for the final diagnosis of his issues and, then, provide treatment. From the moment I contacted Trupanion, I felt confident that I had the best possible insurer. The first person I spoke with on the telephone did so with confidence and accuracy. Prompt responses to estimates for treatment made decisions for everyone so much easier. It continued until my dog's treatment was completed. The service and empathy were far better than expected. It was outstanding! Trupanion has made this awful journey so much easier. My little friend passed away due to complications following surgery. I miss his long hair all over my floor and clothing, his companionship, our walks, his loyalty, his goofiness, and the love and laughter he gave me every day. I would not have the peace that I have with his death if I had not done everything I could through excellent professionals. Trupanion made it all possible. Thank you. You are amazing!

Unsatisfactory Customer Experience
The Customer Service does not provide a great Customer experience. I had to speak with a supervisor last Saturday. Also, the timeliness of processing claims is horrible. Additionally, Customer Service should always listen, paraphrase to understand & clarify, this has not been the case.
