Excellent service
I just started filing my dog’s claim this year. And I’m happy to say that Pet Insurance is customer oriented. They tell you that the claim was received and email you that services were covered or not and sends you a check in a few days. Keep up the good work.

Highly recommended! Embrace cares.
I strongly recommend choosing Embrace pet insurance as a referral from USAA. We found it very easy to use Embrace for claims at a time when our 8 year old golden doodle was very sick. All my questions were answered on the phone or through the app by email with courtesy and professionalism. I am glad I chose the $300 deductible and 90% reimbursement. The security of knowing we could get specialized veterinary care was worth the cost of insurance. I found the Embrace app easy to use and their confirmation emails about receiving and processing my claims were timely. There was no hassle about covering the claims. Our vet helped us a little with filing the claims but the paperwork was simple. Finally, the genuine tenderness of the correspondence from Embrace staff was a true blessing. Thank you to all the Embracers.
