pre existing conditions

During my use of this insurance, the pre existing condition is used to get out of cost. Unfortunately, my dog has injured the same body part multiple times. But farmers classifies this as pre-existing condition. I will be cancelling my insurance at the end of year and going with my vets plan. Thanks for the service.

Rude customer service

My pets just don’t go to the vet often enough for me to be paying $780 a year for one damn dog. When I called to cancel I was immediately judged for canceling. I went with care credit because at least I know everything will be covered and I won’t have to pay it back RIGHT away. I was judged for my decision and their niceness changed so quick. Fuck this company and it’s rude employees.

Quick response and fast reimbursement

I have never had pet insurance before but opted to get it when I adopted an 8 week old puppy. It's been 2 1/2 months and there have been several visits to the vet for puppy wellness check, immunizations, neutering and microchipping. Nationwide Pet Insurance has been responsive to every claim submitted and followed through with their reimbursement as advertised. I was skeptical at first and am now a very happy and trusting customer.

Healthy Paws to The Rescue

Healthy Paws has been very caring and given us excellent service. Our little girl, Bella needed surgery and all I needed to do was send the bills and her records and the bill was promptly paid, no questions asked. Veterinary care is very expensive today, so having a back up is very important.

Since signing up with Nationwide, it's a feeling of comfort and ease in getting reimbursed in a timely fashion which I so appreciate. I started out with a nominal fee and increased it each year which gives me so much better coverage now ... and the simple act of faxing the bill/invoice from my vet and being able to track on line that it was rec'd., and then what the reimbursement will be and when it will be mailed out is invaluable. I recommend Nationwide to all my petparent friends and they are very happy to join the Nationwide Pet Insurance family as I like to think of you. Thank you...

Customer Service is VERY POOR!

Pets Best makes it very easy get your quote and to sign up, but that's about it! I am a new customer( in my first month ) and had some questions about my policy. I have spent several days trying to contact anyone at Pets Best. I have tried chat, text and phone and have yet to speak to anyone. My chat sessions always say there is a 20-30 minute wait, and then close before anyone is available to chat. Text go unanswered and phone calls are either disconnected or you are left on hold till you give up. I'm just glad I found out how bad they are before I had to file a claim. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! There are much better options out there!
