Best decision I've made in a long time
Just as we want health insurance for ourselves, it's a very wise choice to make for our pets. It would be a very rare case that a pet goes through life without health issues. My 2 cats only had very minor issues when they were young, but once health problems start, you ABSOLUTELY want to have the pet insurance for them. It's not a smart gamble to just hope your pets don't develop illnesses.

Have to say that there were times I thought about cancelling because claims were rejected for reasons I didn't agree with. But stayed insured because service dog Windsor and I are out and about more than most. Figured the likelihood of being in an accident meant we needed insurance. At 11&1/2 years old Windsor got diagnosed with the heart condition that plagues the breed. He's covered. I can take care of him with cardiology visits and, now, at age 13, medication. Windsor is doing very well. Thank you.

Takes a bite out of pet care
Quick and easy claim. Submitted yesterday approved today. My vet swears by your service and glad she recommended us to you. Even better, I get a discount through USAA. We also have a young female lab on Embrace insurance as well. We save $500 a year on both pets medical care costs. Thanks.

Healthy paws is hands-down amazing. I recommend it to everyone, everywhere. Our dog, Mr. Jones, unfortunately has a lot of medical issues. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service. Submitting claims through the online portal is so very simple. Tracking reimbursement is easy. Direct deposit into our checking account is amazing as well. We highly highly HIGHLY recommend healthy paws.

Healthy Paws paid our claim quickly and without any pushback so we could concentrate on our pup and nursing her back to health!
Recently, our Stevie got sick. We thought it was just a little stomach bug and that it would pass. We took her to the vet, got some anti-nausea medicine and brought her home. Unfortunately, it was more than just a stomach bug - Stevie needed surgery. We were so stressed out when we got the news, but we had no choice but to have the surgery done to save her life. Happily, the surgery went well and Stevie is back home and recovering well. And what’s more, we have already been reimbursed for our expenses by Healthy Paws. We received our refund within about a week of submitting our claim. It was a quick, simple process and it made it easy for us to have peace of mind and to focus our energies on Stevie rather than trying to figure out how to pay for her surgery.
