very pleased
Very pleased overall with my pet insurance on my 6 month old. The reason for loss of one star is due to the fact that re-enrollment during the company open enrollment period was very confusing (and I'm still not certain we are enrolled properly for next year)

Charlie’s doing great
Thank you for the follow up email. Charlie is doing much better and is much happier after his recent visit at the vet. My claim was covered at 90% as promised and that makes me very happy as well. It’s nice to know that when an expensive bill comes up, nationwide is there to reimburse me 90% after deductible.

Quick turn around
I have had pet insurance since 2008. First it was VIP then Nationwide took it over. With in the last year the turn around times for claims has greatly improved.

No itemized lists!
Your need for itemized claims is unnecessary especially when submitting via the app. Claims processors should be able to look at receipt dates, etc and figure it out.

Your staff is great always there for you and very quick claim turn around I definitely recommend Nation Wide Insurance especially if you have a fur baby with alot of medical issues you can go broke paying for vet Bill's very quick it's hard when your baby is sick and Insurance gives you a little peace of mind. Keep up the great work your doing the staff is always there for you.
