Works well. Only had 1 issue with a claim that didn't get processed for over a month but customer service fixed it with a phone call. Also have an issue with a very large number of "pre-existing conditions" that my vet says my dog doesn't even have but I haven't gotten around to disputing the issue.

WORTH EVERY PENNY!
