Something easy in difficult times
I have been singing Trupanion's praises and this experience was no different. I could not go to the vet because I'm quarantining while I await COVID results and sent my son. Trupanion coordinated directly with the vet and I was able to keep up on the claim from the comfort of my quarantine space. Complicated times, but this was so wonderfully simple.

I haven't had to submit a claim yet, but a coworker highly recommended Trupanion. She has had to use it on one of her dogs on several occasions and has always had a very good experience. After her recommendation, I looked up the website and read the material. Having a dachshund, it gives me piece of mind that I have a pet insurance I can rely on when I need it.

I spoke to 2 people recently.
I spoke to 2 people recently. One was terrible and the other was very nice. I sent you 5 weeks ago 33 pages of supplements I had ordered for my dog and just found out you covered under his insurance. Since there were so many pages I sent them via snail mail and not via the computer. With covid 19 going on, no one acknowledged receipt of those pages. I have made 3 calls in reference to the reimbursement. The first person I spoke to the other day dismissed me. The second person, maybe Emily said she would look into it. I am very upset, cause now I can't find the original pages. You are usually very prompt and efficient. This time it did not work. I am concerned.
