Worst service absolutely horrible.
This was the most complicated, unorganized, unprofessional experience. Never would have thought that paying for such service would be so blatantly opposite of what was committed. To begin, I took my puppy to the emergency. I filed my claim, I kept getting emails that they requested records they also said that I had to get the records if they did not get them. This went on for two months. Generic cookie cutter emails telling me to get my puppies records. Finally I get them and send them then they denied the claim. What’s the point of paying for coverage if what was covered is denied. I question their process cause clearly they don’t know what they are doing otherwise the process would have been seamless and personal.

Best financial investment for our family!
When it comes to pet insurance ASPCA has come through for us since our dog was a puppy! Not only does ASPCA help finically to service our dog, but they call and check up to see how our dog is doing after her sick visits! This company truly does a great job of caring about us and treating us like family!

This is the first time I have had pet insurance for any of my pets. I had asked people about the different insurances available and TRUPANION was the one that everyone seemed to recommend. I found when submitting a claim that everyone at TRUPANION was very friendly and very helpful no matter how many questions I asked. Good experience overall!!

Nationwide has been easy to use for submitting claims and very timely in their response and payments (unlike the reviews I read that said it took forever) The only reason why I gave a 9/10 star review was that I had to submit a Power of Attorney for Nationwide to discuss the account with my Fiance' who is co-owner of our dogs.

Per disservice insurance.
Nothing is communicated about what’s required to file claims. Must be an effort to reduce paying out them out. Please do yourself a favor and shop for policies elsewhere.
