Be carful, big names you know may have comparable pricing but from the Vet/consumer standpoint, not the easiest to deal with!
Fantastic and easy process. Spoke with many Vets and be carful, while you may find some recognizable names in Pet Insurance at comparable pricing they are not always recognized as the easiest to deal with. Spot got 5 stars from everyone I spoke with.

Gamechanger!
Healthy Paws has been a game changer for my two cat household! One of my cats developed severe allergies in his first year of life and requires immunotherapy shots every other day. Without Healthy Paws, I don't know how we would have paid for it. Claims are very easy to submit, and they are very prompt to process. We feel very lucky to have Healthy Paws!

Very fast processing and reimbursement
Very fast claims processing and reimbursement. All of my vet's sent in their med rec's as soon as I asked them to, and they sent them directly to Healthy Paws. So I'm sure that helped expedite processing of my claims. Except for not paying for exams including emergency exams they paid for everything else at exactly 80% after deductible. Best pet insurance so far.

I'm very disappointed how this claim was handled
Normally I give the highest rating. Not this time. Two months to put through a 70.00 claim, when I have been paying for Ginger for over two years. Don't you think you should have collected all her info when I first signed her up. That's what my others dogs insurance company did.

You get a pet, you get Healthy Paws
You cannot get a pet and not get Healthy Paws insurance. My dog got pneumonia, needed an emergency vet appointment, and had to have surgery for cysts all during COVID-19. There wasn’t a time where we thought well we need groceries so we will just wait and see if she’s okay because we knew Helathy Paws would have our back. They not only gave us peace of mind during a time of crisis they followed up and sent personal emails to check on my dog. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Huge piece of mind
HealthyPaws pet insurance is an amazing company to work with. My dog has insurance for nearly 10 years with HP and she wouldn't be alive without it. Making a choice to have a procedure based on cost is heart-wrenching and with HP you don't have to worry. Get the insurance and live a comfortable happy life with your pet!

Must have for your FurFamily
I just got this plan within the last month and I already submitted a wellness claim for my puppy and was paid quicker than expected. Adding the wellness as a puppy definitely worth it and pays for itself. And you have coverage if anything bad happens(pray it doesn't) but at least you are not out of pocket tons of money when you have Pets Best Insurance

I wanted to thank Trupanion for helping save my sweet dog, Dixie’s life. She is a yorkie and schnauzer mix. Dixie has always been healthy but at her old age she developed Pyometra and she had emergency surgery, was in the doggy intensive care unit, and had to stay overnight. Trupanion came through and covered the costs that they said they would cover. I paid pennies compared to what I should have paid if Dixie had no pet insurance. The hospital and Trupanion also had an affiliation and Trupanion was paying these bills upfront. Dixie is my first dog and I got her pet insurance later on in life. I have no children and Dixie is all I have. I’m so grateful and would never regret having paid the monthly pet insurance. I know Trupanion can be pricey but they really came through for my Dixie when she needed them the most. I am so happy to have purchased Trupanion as her pet insurance. Since then Dixie is now about 9-10 years old and she has not had any other health issues so far. But I continue to use Trupanion as her insurance because they really came through during an emergency. I will always be forever grateful to Trupanion.

Service reps did not know what they are doing
I have called 4 different times. Still no closer to getting refund cause customer reps are not paying attention what they are doing. Worest service considering canceling my service.

Great coverage, easy claim processing and quick payment
Healthy Paws has been wonderful when our super sweet Cavapoo has emergency issues. I never wanted money to be a deciding factor when dealing with health issues and it doesn't have to be with pet insurance. Recently Remy has been diagnosed with heart disease and had to go in for major surgery to remove a bladder stone. All of this during the COVID pandemic when my husband and I were unsure of income both owning our own businesses. I would have just put it all on a credit card and dealt with it later, but knowing 80% was covered was such a relief. She's doing amazing and they've even checked in on her progress. Do not hesitate, do not wait. Our pets are family. They deserve good health care too.
