Having Pet Insurance is having peace of mind
Stella was limping after going on a hike. We went to the vet and they confirmed she tore her meniscus tendon. So we will need surgery to fix her. The cost of the x-rays and the visit were fully covered. And after looking at the policy, most of the surgery will be as well. Talk about peace of mind. I can be sure she won't be in pain for a long period of time waiting for me to get the cash to pay for everything out of pocket.

Knees are not an injury
My very healthy very active dog was hurt playing in the park. This was a new injury. Insurance views these as a degenerative disorder. Be careful what you view as an injury! If your dog has ever had a limp. They have a loop hole. Even if you ask the right questions, the ability to deny a claim is there if vet has seen a limp at all. Our dog was always checked for knee issues, as he was a runner. Never was an issue brought up. After the injury, we were told we were inside the 30 wait period and it is not classified as an injury. Even our first vet said it was an injury. I would almost recommend this company to others, but after you pay them for the life term of your pet, the value is not there. Especially at 700 deductible.

Nationwide gives me the freedom to take my dogs to the vet and get the care they need.
Nationwide is the perfect insurance for our dogs. We don't hesitate to take them to the vet because we know Nationwide is very helpful with the costs. Well worth our premiums. Exceptionally easy with claims - all on the computer.

Healthy Paws, I am forever grateful to you!
My adored 5 year old pooch has had a rough three months with health issues that required very expensive diagnostic procedures, hospitalization and rehab treatments. Healthy Paws has made the stressful experience so much more bearable! I don’t have to worry about the financial burden of the huge vet bills. Also, Healthy Paws has made the claims submission and reimbursement process a breeze. And, the customer service is kind, caring and super efficient. Huge praise!!! I highly recommend them!!!
