Worst exprience in processing claims
Delays, excuses, more delays...this is not what I expected. Pet Best takes 45-60 or longer to process claims. Even with pet records and receipts.

Quick processing of Rx Claims
I've been using the VitusVet app to process claims and been getting the payments, usually within a couple of days. Because my cat is now on a RX that he may have to take for the rest of his life, I decided to get it from Chewy at a reduced cost, compared to my veterinarian. I wasn't sure whether Nationwide would still cover it and didn't get a real clear answer when contacting customer service. But they came through! I submitted a picture of written scrip from the vet, along with the receipt from Chewy and tow days later, I am depositing the payment! Now we can both save money (Nationwide & me)!

Best decision I’ve ever made

What an amazing experience I had with Trupanion after my dog tore his ACL. Everyone was kind and helpful!
My veterinarian recommended Trupanion when I asked him about insurance when he was a puppy and I am so glad I listened to my vet! Our dog Henry tore his right ACL at the dog park earlier this year and I contacted Trupanion, everyone has been amazing! Most pet owners treat their pets as members of their family, Henry is our little boy and I am so grateful that we have Trupanion insurance. I NEED TO BE ANONYMOUS DUE TO MY PUBLIC PERSONA, THANK YOU. I recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance to my social media cat friends who ask me which company to use. Do be careful as pre-existing anything (symptoms) will not be covered. Be vigilant about obtaining notes and submitting all records when you have an incident or illness.

Extremely Pleased
Luckily, I have only had to make a couple claims, but Trupanion has made those stressful moments easier because I didn;t have to worry about fussing or arguing about coverage. The direct billing is a dream too. Thanks for everything!
