Incredible satisfied w/ my reimbursement
I am incredibly appreciative of the help I received in paying for my dogs bills. He was showing odd signs and after bringing it up to the doctor they felt we needed to run many tests. Bad results lead to more and more tests. Trupanion without questions helped cover all of this. We are close to a diagnosis and treatment. I would have never decided to investigate further without help paying for this. Thank you!

I am very disappointed in the 20%rate increase that I was never made aware of. All of a sudden this month my rate went up without any notice. You do not disclose when a customer signs up that the rate increases annually and 20% is quite a big hike.

I have told my clients about this experience as well.I feel your company mishandled it and I hope you will change that part of the policy in the future.
