Embrace has to be the best.
In our opinion, Embrace has to be the best. A year or so after started our Embrace policy , our cat was diagnosed as diabetic and in need of daily maintenance. The folks at Embrace have been wonderful and we've had absolutely no issues with Molly's coverage. We especially like the simple claims process. We've needed to phone them a couple times and you just get the feeling Embrace only hires animal lovers. Since we've only ever used Embrace Pet Insurance, we can't speak for other companies. But Embrace has to be the best . . . . .

Excellent Insurance Company for your pets
Trupanion Pet Insurance is the best. Excellent customer service, the process for submitting a claim is very easy, each claim we have submitted for our dogs was processed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company to all dog & cat owners

Have two bulldogs and ASPCA has always been there for us

Worst exprience in processing claims
Delays, excuses, more delays...this is not what I expected. Pet Best takes 45-60 or longer to process claims. Even with pet records and receipts.

Quick processing of Rx Claims
I've been using the VitusVet app to process claims and been getting the payments, usually within a couple of days. Because my cat is now on a RX that he may have to take for the rest of his life, I decided to get it from Chewy at a reduced cost, compared to my veterinarian. I wasn't sure whether Nationwide would still cover it and didn't get a real clear answer when contacting customer service. But they came through! I submitted a picture of written scrip from the vet, along with the receipt from Chewy and tow days later, I am depositing the payment! Now we can both save money (Nationwide & me)!
