Loss&healing thanks to TRUPANION
We have had TRUPANION for three years. They have the friendliest customer service. Our sweet Dante crossed rainbow bridge 14May2019. I was so devastated from his loss, that I could never bring myself to remove him from the plan. I finally emailed TRUPANION in January of this year explaining that he had passed the previous May and asked to remove him. Nothing more. I had not inquired about the extra money I had spent each month on a beloved pet that was no longer living. They refunded me all of that money without me asking. I was so shocked when I saw the refund in my account. They truly know the loss that is left behind when one of your sweet fur babies’ time has come to cross rainbow bridge. Thank you so much, TRUPANION for always ensuring my fluffy loves are well taken care of.

Save your time and money
I recently purchased insurance for my 1 yr old Springer. He had 1 previous appointment aside from his wellness appointments. Their communication was poor at best....I could never get a clear answer the majority of times that I called and when I did file a claim, it was not surprising to me that it was denied based on a previous existing condition which apparently was based on a conversation only with the vet. IMO you would be better off setting aside the $ yourself each month....who has the time for the frustration.

Trupanion has been with us in our Gizmo's time of need
Our not quite 7 year old miniature golden retriever suddenly became lethargic and uninterested in food. An emergency trip to the vet resulted in surgery to remove a tumor which was found to be a highly aggressive form of cancer. This all happened in less than 24 hours . He's now undergoing chemo and we're hoping for a positive outcome. His vet bills so far are in excess of $10,000, with more to come. Trupanion has been there for us all the way, promptly reviewing claims, determining benefits, and paying a very large chunk of the costs. The Trupanion team is courteous, compassionate, and always helpful. I first purchased this insurance when Gizmo was a puppy and had never had occasion to use it. In fact, I was going to cancel it earlier this year because it seemed there we're other, more fun things I could do with that money. Thankfully, I came to my senses in time. I would urge all my fellow pet parents to consider Trupanion. No matter how young and/or healthy your pet might be you just never know when you might need help providing for their needs.

Peace of Mind
When my pet is not well, I feel the comfort and peace of mind having Trupanion insurance. Over the last 12 years I have had to claim several times. Without coverage, I would have been hooped!!!

Exceptional customer service over 15 years
I'm a returning customer who received exceptional service over a period of 15 years while my beloved Lhasa was insured. I was pleased with the benefit coverage plan then, and in comparison, now even more so considering the total policy premium cost.
