Thank God for Pet Insurance!
After saving my dog's life, the best outcome to the whole ordeal, (gallbladder surgery), was pet insurance. 70% reimbursement helped a lot on a $9400 bill. This company is fair and quick in issuing checks, as well as charging a reasonable monthly rate. I'm so glad I chose them to protect my little ones.

Great Insurance with excellent customer service.
I believe the cost is a little too high, but I'm also happy with the insurance I have. Although I spent a lot every paycheck, I'm giving the confidence to go to any Vet and have my costs covered. I'm also extremely satisfied with the customer service provided, and how concerned everyone is about my pet. I will definitely recommend this insurance.

Customer service was awesome! Helped explain some confusion with how to file the claim.
There is one area when filing a claim that is confusing. It asks for "Vet diagnosis" - when really it is simply an area to write the nature of the visit - why the pet needed treatment. I wrote the exact terms from the Vet invoice and my claim was initially sent back - "needing a diagnosis". The customer service rep was so helpful - I simply had to write what was going on - my claim was then instantly accepted! YAY!
