I have not had a claim however the prices are high and I was disappointed the cost went up and the possibility of it going up every year .

An Unexpected Approval!!!
Quick processing of claims. Always friendly and helpful when I call. Have provided information that I didn't expect. I mistakenly submitted the wrong invoice with a claim. When I called to advise that I had made a mistake and would submit the proper invoice, I was told that they could potentially help my oldest dog with joint supplements- which was the invoice I mistakenly submitted. They took it from there - called my vet to verify and approved this new claim. So nice and so helpful!!!
