We got our 2 year old Boston Terrier insured in December. She got very sick once in January, and twice in February, one of those times even resulting in a very expensive 2 night hospital stay. Not only was Embrace very quick about getting our claims resolved once we filed, but we were VERY happy to find that $700 of the $1,000 hospital stay was covered after just 2 months of paying insurance premiums! And the attentiveness of the Embrace staff also made the whole process painless. We are very satisfied!

This was the first claim I have sent in to Embrace for my cat. I faxed everything that was supposed to be included, thus the claim was processed very fast. I had spent several hours on line to find the kind of cat pet insurance which would be most beneficial and cost effective. I think I picked very well. Thanks Embrace.

We enrolled Mikko our Siberian Husky in September 2009. He subsequently had a couple of occurences that required treatment. We were very impressed with the manner in which Embrace handled the claims that were submitted. The communication was excellent and everything was processed in a timely manner. Having pet insurance with Embrace has been our first experience with pet insurance. I did a lot of research before I chose Pets Best. I actually had a free policy through a competitor, and my dog got ill right out of the shelter with a bacterial upper respiratory infection, and they found a reason not to pay the bill. So, when buying a policy, they were NOT on my list. I searched through tons of reviews and kept seeing lots of good things about Pets Best. So, I tried it, and I added the wellness plan. Willow just had an office visit with shots, and I went online and submitted my claim and had my refund in about 10 days! It was SO easy! Having experienced a serious illness to our previous pet, medical costs in excess of $7,000, and no insurance, my wife and I decided if we got another dog we would make sure we purchased coverage. We choose ASPCA and our first experience was more than we expected. We had our dog neutered and recovered over 75$ of the costs. Truly a great policy!

The claim for the office visit and treatment of my dog were handled very quickly and accurately. I added a wellness option and the check from Embrace was received one week after the claim was submitted. The illnes portion of the claim was also well catagorized for use against my deductible. The team at Embrace was very easy to reach and extremely helpful.This is the only pet insurance policy I have run across that has plans similar in structure to those written for humans.

I am very pleased with them. Embrace has been wonderful! Our puppy has had some problems and we are able to get him whatever health services he needs because of Embrace. I'll recomend Embrace to every pet owner. Getting Embrace was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I find the insurance ok. I had to add on level 2 with continuing care because it was very frustrating that alot of pre-existing conditions were not covered from one policy period to another.It got to a point where I was thinking about opting out because I never got compensated for ear infections etc,and it was costing me as much as what I was paying for the policy. I have been with the plan for at least 12 years and find that since there was a management change,it's more difficult to get reinbursed. I was however pleased that I did receive a reinbursement for surgery my dog had, and was glad that I kept the insurance. I think communication is the key, people should be aware that the basic coverage is minimal, but good if there is a need for surgery like in the case of my dog.

We signed up with Embrace in January after reading all the great reviews and couldn't be happier with them. They are so on top of it and always let me know the update of all of my claims without me even pestering them. Instead, they are always in constant communication with me! It's nice to work with an insurance company that genuinely has my best interest at heart (and my little dachshunds!) I would 100% recommend them to anyone (and have!). You will not be disappointed.
