I've never imagined pet insurance could be this fantastic - but it is with FIGO! We have had ZERO hassles with this insurance, and they are quick to process claims and send a check - usually within a week. Their customer service has been super friendly and personable. They have covered all of our pup's needs from surgery, meds, xrays, to vet visits - we couldn't be more relieved to have the assurance we are covered no matter what happens! Couldn't ask for more
I have had Healthy Paws for just over five years and not a day goes by that I'm not grateful that I found them and that they're as great as they are. My dog has had the misfortune to have been diagnosed with two major medical problems: Inflammatory Bowel Disease with Lymphangiectasia and just a couple months ago with Transitional Cell Carcinoma. I've been able to proceed with treatments I'm not sure I'd be able to afford without insurance and focus on doing all we can to give my girl the best quality of life for as long as possible. Any time I've had to call customer service, the representatives have been super friendly and well informed. Over time there have also been additional little gestures like getting emails asking how my dog is doing and wishing her well just. That just makes the relationship feel more than transactional, which is nice.

Excellent service!
I am very happy with HealthyPaws. They have never made an issue when paying the medical claims that I have submitted for my dog. My dog has been having on-and-off urinary issues, and they have covered all the cost without asking questions. This is unusual with pet insurances (or insurances in general) and really appreciated. It has given me the peace of mind that I needed to take care of my dog.

Easy and processed quickly
The hardest part was scanning my documents - and honestly, that’s not that hard. I attached them to an email, got a confirmation reply, and shortly thereafter had my EOB and reimbursement. The process is super simple, and they have FAQs and even videos to walk you through submitting claims. Everything I expected to be covered was covered. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother claim.
